Retrieve campaign settings and configuration from Meta Ads including budget, status, objective, bid strategy, and all campaign-level settings
currency and currency_offset (100 for most currencies, 1 for CLP, COP, CRC, HUF, ISK, IDR, JPY, KRW, PYG, TWD, VND). Divide by currency_offset to get the amount (10000 = $100 for USD; 300000 = COP 300,000). Pass that amount, never the raw value, to update_campaign_budget.
