Retrieves detailed account information from Meta Ads including status, timezone, currency, business info, spending limits, and settings
currency and currency_offset (100 for most currencies, 1 for CLP, COP, CRC, HUF, ISK, IDR, JPY, KRW, PYG, TWD, VND). Divide by currency_offset to get the amount before passing to write operations.
