# Create Audience

> Creates an empty X (Twitter) Ads custom audience

Creates an empty X (Twitter) Ads custom audience. Populate it with x\_ads\_add\_users\_to\_audience; it becomes targetable at 100+ matched users and is targeted via targeting\_type CUSTOM\_AUDIENCE in x\_ads\_set\_targeting.
