Lists organic TikTok posts & dark posts under a TT\_USER identity that supports Spark Ads Pull. Returns item\_id values for creating Spark Ads from existing posts.

## Inputs

| `item_type` | string or SelectableOption | No | - | Type of posts to list. Options: VIDEO (default) or CAROUSEL. |
| `limit` | integer | No | `100` | Maximum number of posts to return. Default: 100. |

### SelectItem
