# Update Ad Set

> Advanced: partially updates a Spotify ad set from a raw field payload including budget, bid, targeting, and schedule; only provided fields change and micro-currency fields are raw integers

Advanced: partially updates a Spotify ad set from a raw field payload including budget, bid, targeting, and schedule; only provided fields change and micro-currency fields are raw integers. Prefer the dedicated status, rename, and budget operations for simple changes.

## Inputs

Editable fields per the Spotify docs: name, start\_time and end\_time (ISO 8601 UTC), budget (object with micro\_amount, a raw micro-currency integer, and type DAILY or LIFETIME), bid\_micro\_amount, base\_rate\_micro\_amount, cost\_modifiers, pacing (PACING\_EVEN or PACING\_ASAP), frequency\_caps (up to 6), targets (the full Spotify targeting object), category, dataset\_id, video\_delivery\_formats, slot\_positions, and delivery (ON or OFF; Spotify requires delivery to be the ONLY field in the request, so send it alone or use spotify\_ads\_update\_ad\_set\_status). Prefer the dedicated operations for plain changes: spotify\_ads\_update\_ad\_set\_status, spotify\_ads\_rename\_ad\_set, spotify\_ads\_update\_ad\_set\_budget.
