Retrieves the change history (audit log) of a Snapchat campaign, ad squad, ad, or creative: who changed what and when, with before/after values.

## Inputs

| `account` | DynamicAccount | Yes | - | Select the Snapchat Ads account the entity belongs to. |
| `entity_type` | string or SelectableOption | Yes | - | Snapchat tracks change logs per entity: CAMPAIGN, AD\_SQUAD, AD, CREATIVE, or DYNAMIC\_TEMPLATE. Pick the entity type the ID belongs to. |
| `entity_id` | string or SelectItem | Yes | - | ID of the entity to get the change history for. Get IDs from snapchat\_ads\_list\_campaigns, snapchat\_ads\_list\_ad\_squads, snapchat\_ads\_list\_ads, or snapchat\_ads\_list\_creatives. |
| `limit` | integer | No | `50` | Maximum number of change log entries to return. Default: 50. |
