> Lists posts under a Reddit profile, filterable by type and by source (organic or promoted)

Lists posts under a Reddit profile, filterable by type and by source (organic or promoted). Use a returned post ID in reddit\_ads\_create\_ad to promote an existing post as an ad.

## Inputs
