# Create Ad From Creative

> Creates a new Meta ad from an existing ad creative ID

Creates a new Meta ad from an existing ad creative ID. Useful when you want to reuse or duplicate an existing creative into a new ad or ad set, or when you already created a creative with meta\_ads\_create\_ad\_creative. This operation does not upload media or build a new creative payload. If you need to create an ad from new media, use the relevant ad creation operation such as meta\_ads\_create\_single\_image\_ad or meta\_ads\_create\_single\_video\_ad, etc instead.

## Inputs
