# List Lead Forms

> List existing LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms for an ad account, including form IDs, adForm URNs and questions

List existing LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms for an ad account, including form IDs, adForm URNs and questions. Use this to find a lead\_form for ad creation. Requires r\_ads or rw\_ads; does not retrieve submitted leads.

## Inputs

| `limit` | integer | No | `100` | Maximum number of forms to return. Defaults to 100. |

## Output

**Type**: `List[Dict]`

Returns LinkedIn lead gen forms with their questions; each question's field\_key is the column name the retrieve leads node emits for it.

**Fields**: `id`, `urn`, `versioned_form_urn`, `name`, `state`, `created_at`, `last_modified_at`, `questions`, `consents`
