# Move Tag ID

> Moves a public tag ID (GTM-XXXXXX) out of a Google Tag Manager container into a newly created container

Moves a public tag ID (GTM-XXXXXX) out of a Google Tag Manager container into a newly created container. Used when splitting a container that serves multiple tag IDs.

## Inputs
