# Upload Asset

> Uploads a creative asset file (image, HTML5 zip, video, or audio) to a DV360 advertiser and returns the media_id for use in dv360_create_creative asset objects

Uploads a creative asset file (image, HTML5 zip, video, or audio) to a DV360 advertiser and returns the media\_id for use in dv360\_create\_creative asset objects.

## Inputs

| `account` | DynamicAccount | Yes | - | Select the DV360 advertiser to upload the asset to. |
| `media_url` | string | Yes | - | File to upload as a creative asset (image, HTML5 zip, video, or audio). Accepts a direct URL, Google Drive share link (set to 'Anyone with the link'), or Markifact uploaded file. The returned media\_id is referenced in dv360\_create\_creative asset objects. |
| `filename` | string | No | - | Optional filename for the asset (with extension). Defaults to the file name from the URL. |

## Output

**Type**: `Dict`

Returns the uploaded asset's media ID.

**Fields**: `media_id`, `filename`, `mimetype`, `asset`
