# Search Targeting Options

Searches DV360 targeting options (geo regions, age ranges, browsers, devices, languages, categories, POIs, business chains, and more) and returns targeting option IDs ready for dv360\_edit\_line\_item\_targeting create requests.

## Inputs

The returned targetingOptionId values go into dv360\_edit\_line\_item\_targeting create requests. GEO\_REGION, POI, and BUSINESS\_CHAIN use DV360's keyword search; other types are listed and filtered by the query. |
| `search_query` | string | No | - | Search text. Required for TARGETING\_TYPE\_POI and TARGETING\_TYPE\_BUSINESS\_CHAIN; recommended for TARGETING\_TYPE\_GEO\_REGION (for example 'germany'). For other types it filters the option list case-insensitively. |
