Advanced: edits DV360 advertiser-level default targeting (brand safety applied to all line items): digital content label and sensitive category exclusions, negative keywords, channels, and OMID, from raw create/delete requests. For per-line-item placement exclusions prefer dv360\_exclude\_placements.
