Read content from a Google Docs document including text, headings, lists, and tables. Supports markdown export format.

## Inputs

| `export_as_markdown` | boolean | No | `False` | Export document content as Markdown format. All elements including text, headings, lists, tables, and links will be converted to their Markdown equivalents. NOTE: Images are ignored. |
| `include_structure` | boolean | No | `False` | Return the document's structural outline instead of plain text: every paragraph and table cell with its startIndex/endIndex character range and a text preview. Use this to get the exact ranges required by docs\_batch\_update requests (never guess indexes; re-read after every batch update since edits shift them). Overrides export\_as\_markdown. |
