Gets the change history of an Amazon Ads profile: who changed what and when across campaigns, ad groups, ads, and targets.

## Inputs

| `event_types` | array of string or SelectableOption | No | - | Entity types to get change events for: CAMPAIGN, AD\_GROUP, AD, KEYWORD, NEGATIVE\_KEYWORD, PRODUCT\_TARGETING. Defaults to CAMPAIGN when omitted. |
| `time_range` | string or SelectableOption | No | `{'value': 'last_30_days', 'label': 'Last 30 days'}` | Time period for the change history. Options: last\_90\_days, last\_30\_days, last\_14\_days, last\_7\_days, today, yesterday. Amazon keeps up to 90 days. Default: last\_30\_days. |
| `entity_ids` | array of string (also accepts a comma-separated string) | No | - | Optional entity IDs to filter by, matching the selected event types (for example campaign IDs for CAMPAIGN). Up to 10. |
